Reserved the big private room in the back with a deposit, only to show up and not get that room and have to wait for another location. With 20 of us there, what are we going to do. We were told they got busy and gave our table away and the new table would be nice and quiet. We had a bunch of children under 3 so we reserved the private room for a reason. They couldn't care less. Servers are terrible. Auto gratuity gives them entitled and lazy attitudes. They rushed every part of our night until we left. No refills, no bussing of tables, no checking in, nothing. I’ve come to the realization that hibachi isn’t really my scene. The chef cooking in front of us was impressive; he did a fantastic job with the fried rice, shrimp, and vegetables. However, the communal dining aspect wasn’t for me—I just wanted to enjoy a quiet meal with my husband and son. Additionally, the chef was splashing sake from a plastic container, which we don’t drink. I also found it uncomfortable when he tried to toss food to us. To top it off, he seemed to be waiting for a tip, and I'm still unclear about whether we were expected to leave one. Food was awesome it was so delicious. The chef did an amazing job I loved his vibe. I tipped him. Waitress was very lazy wasn’t on it when it came to refills. Now the bill I expected to pay a high amount it was 4 all together but to get my bill and see 18% gratuity added on to my bill is insane. I literally had to pay $30 more on my bill which I don’t think is fair. And than to not let people know is insane . I thought gratuity was added on to large parties. I went with my kids. I definitely won’t be coming back. This was higher than Benihana!

My partner absolutely loves the fried rice! I enjoy the sushi, and hibachi is always a fun experience. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because everything tends to be quite salty. However, if you're a fan of that, you should definitely give it a try!
