My boyfriend and I had come back to Le Mans with friends for a stop off as we wanted to visit 7 Plats. We were disappointed to find 7 Plats was closed for a few days but picked this place which was just behind (opposite the Hotel de Ville) and bustling. Service was very slow (but friendly!) and we waited a while to order drinks and even longer before they arrived but it was busy and we had wanted to drag the meal out a bit anyway after a day of travelling. Between us we had langoustine ravioli and baked Camembert to start - both absolutely delicious. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Wählten das Gourmet Menü für ca. 24 Euro. (3 Gänge) Als Hauptgang einmal das Rinderfilet in hauchdünnen Scheiben (Spezialität des Hauses) mit einem unglaublichen gutem Kartoffel-Pilz Pürre und einmal Entenbrust. Beides sehr lecker. Als Dessert Panna Cotta, das war auch sehr gut. Für uns die beste Wahl und ein leckeres Abendessen in angenehmer Atmosphäre.
Stopped here for a really quick lunch as in a rush.Really friendly buzzy bright restaurant. We had a terrific steak and a chicken brochette, a couple of glasses of wine and a basket of bread. Great coffee, great service and terrific value.Loved it and highly recommended. Would loved to have stayed longer but no time.
I am going there once every month since one year . I take the ' menu ' = value for money ! Very good service , friendly professional staff. Until now not a single mistake . Always fully booked , mostly local people . Tasty food without pretention. Try it !

a discovery .menu to 19.90 euros on weekends, flat entrance . the beef paved (sauces to choice) is succulent, the welcome is pleasant, the very smiling servers, the impeccable service, a place to try emergency !
At least you have to go once and you'll have to go back there. It is excellent, delicate, tender, in a warm setting with very pros servers and small attentions.....The client is king, it is good !!!!!
we had a table for 6 people on Friday evening (with a stroller) we were put in the living room of raphaël: a cozy and quiet place. Very good food. an excellent duck magret, a very good beef paved
Good terrace, qualified personnel. Food was delicious! The kids Just wanted soms french fries and they didnt charge a full meal, thats not always the case in France. Worth a visit!
