It is by far the best restaurant with fantastic cuisine, refined with local products, a sensitivity with all the details and a harmony in the house, a service, a selection of wines and 6 stars of us. Depuis fort longtemps ....nous n avions pas savouré, dégustė, un dîner aussi exceptionnel. La salade de filets de rougets était un feu d artifice dans la bouche .....nous ressentions toutes les saveurs ...... la viande juste succulente, fondante , un très très grand bravo au chefle personnel très sympathique, juste ce que il faut . Ah oui nous nous sommes laissės tentė par un dessert pour deux..... le rėsultat ėtait encore la...... si vous passé par le Vaucluse , arrêt à la Bartavelle à Goult . Merci à toute l'équipe. La Bartavelle a changé de main main n'a pas perdu au change.Le menu composé d'une entrée , un plat et un dessert est proposé à 46.Le choix dans la carte proposée est très satisfaisant. La qualité de l'entrée est de très bon niveau avec carpaccio de boeuf rôti sur lit de tomates multicolores et assaisonnement très frais, un turbo parfaitement cuit avec accompagnement savoureux aux girolles notamment. Et après une attente qui aurait dû être plus courte(!!!) un bon dessert fait au dernier moment à base de chocolat et de fruits.

And chocolate dessert, raspberry, lemon. Nothing to say I highly recommend. I'm greedy and I've been spoiled. Very good local wine too. Perfect evening at the Bartavelle in the pretty village of Goult. In the evening the street is privatized for the restaurant. Ma'am is at the service, sir in the kitchen. Refined cuisine, inventive, uses local products so freshly assured. The lobster menu is a delight, the other dishes are not left. A land-sea dish that has nothing to envy at the star tables. Think about booking, it's full on at least 15 days, and we understand it.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit! Tout était bon et l'accueil chaleureux! Nous recommandons vivement de faire halte dans ce magnifique village et de s'attabler dans ce joli restaurant.
