Indeed, we had not returned to dinner at the bastide for many years because the old formula that followed and that was based on a buffet never attracted us. they're friends, come to dinner in August 2021, who advised us to come back. But since last summer, it seems that your formula, formerly at 39€, has been modified in the distribution of the inputs and dishes with a lower quality. For proof, the poached foie gras was submerged by its sauce, the rizzoto was too cooked and resembled a boil, the deer paved was full of nerves, the Saint-jacques were not generously served and the willows were only a huge ball of ice with a chocolate backgr...
a pleasant hotel in which we are well received. pretty spacious room, nice bathroom, beautiful decoration. We ate at the hotel restaurant and spent a perfect time. smiling staff and small care, quality cuisine, but not the healed atmosphere. an all-inclusive menu finally quite affordable and the surprise to be offered the aperitif and the digestive. It's very nice. I recommend.
