This diner has a wonderful old-school atmosphere, complete with charming decor. I spent $15 on a burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was good, but I found the patty and bun to be a bit on the smaller side. On the plus side, the homemade fries were abundant and flavorful—there were so many that they ended up spilling all over the place! The waitress was fantastic, and it seemed like all the staff were English speakers, which is a refreshing change from some of the random restaurants in Winnipeg where you might encounter French-only service. One thing to mention: they didn’t have chili for the burger, but that’s alright—it didn’t seem like it was part of their usual offerings anyway. Overal...
I hadn't been to this location in quite some time. I dropped in around 5:30 PM on a lazy, humid Sunday to indulge my craving for steamies. The staff behind the counter were busy frying a large batch of fries and were incredibly generous with the portions. The steamie dogs were excellent, but what really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the place. The area around the big cooking equipment and grills was spotless. It was a breath of fresh air to experience such friendly service in such a clean environment.
The restaurant uses fresh ingredients and offers large portion sizes. The staff is committed and takes great pride in their work. It's also a family-friendly place, with employees delighting the kids by giving out lollipops.

The Eggs Benedict with salmon is simply outstanding! It's bursting with flavor! I also highly recommend the waffle topped with homemade English cream, made from a family recipe and accompanied by fresh fruit.
This is the best Belle Province location in Montreal/Laval. It's the only one I know of that has a drive-through. The service is consistently fast, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional.
The restaurant is spotless, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional! I will certainly return!
