They often say the key to good food is keeping it simple and make it with love. Well I will talk to you of such a place and it's called Taglio Di Roma! For starters you order first at the counter by choosing your pizza and there is a lot of choice. Once you choose and get your drinks and pay they reheat your pizza and bring it to your table. The dough is amazing, light and has these air bubbles that are so crisp. Now when you add quality ingredients to the mix that's where the magic happens. Over all nice look to the restaurant, clean lots of helpful staff but their secret weapon is the great food. By far one of my top pizza places around. Taglio Di Roma specializes in Roman-style pizza, served in neat squares measuring about 6 inches by 6 inches. They offer a good variety of creative toppings. We ordered a plate of 10 slices featuring 5 different types of pizzas. Overall, it was decent but not exceptional. My main concern was that some slices were fresh while others had been reheated, and the difference was quite noticeable to me. Given the price I paid, I didn’t expect to receive reheated pizza. The restaurant has large communal tables for dining inside, but if you prefer not to share your space with others, it's best to avoid peak hours. I’d rate it 3 stars, with an additional star for being a family-run business.
Two years ago, my first experience was excellent; everything was really good. However, now it seems to have declined. There’s more dough than filling, and the food doesn’t look fresh anymore. Service: Took out Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20.

It’s a bit of a drive, but definitely worth it. The crust is thin and crispy, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. As I write this, I find myself craving some right now. It’s my favorite Roman-style pizza in Montreal!

Great dough! Really really great dough! Bubbly, crunchy without being hard, no sogginess. So far, it's the only pizza a taglio that comes close to what you might get in Italy. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Best pizza I've had in decades. The crust is amazing and lots of choices for toppings. Try the basic tomato pizza. Best I've ever had.
