My sons and I came here for an unplanned Father's Day dinner, and when we finished, we were very happy to have found La Bocca. While the ambience is limited, the service was more than efficient, the food resoundingly good and the owner could not have been more welcoming. You know it’s good when you want to come back the next day. La Bocca is a genuine authentic Italian place which clearly has a God of chefs or a team of Italian grannies working in the kitchen. I haven’t had Italian this good since my childhood. Come for the style, stay for the comfort food. Pictured: Fra Diavolo shrimp, mussels and clams with black linguini. Follow up: the waiter convinced me to have the pistachio truffle dessert with cappucino. Part of my body just died and went to heaven.
Have been looking for Italian food since arrived US, none of them is authentic until i stumbled upon La Bocco in White Plains. Authentic Italian food at its best
Food is good, not the best Italian food I have had for the price. Atmosphere is excellent and really liked the bar. Excellent selection of liquor.
