I’m not often completely satisfied with the atmosphere, prices, portion sizes, service, and food quality at a restaurant, but La Botana exceeded all my expectations. I remember visiting this place as a child, but the atmosphere has transformed significantly! The service was outstanding—perfectly attentive without being overwhelming. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, our food arrived promptly. I initially planned to order a margarita along with cheese and chips, but ended up getting an appetizer, two handcrafted cocktails, and an entree. This goes to show that even 'smaller ' restaurants still pack a delicious punch. It 's a kinda small place, but has outside seating for maybe 15-20, people. Unpretentious style inside- colorful but low key. Our party of four was totally delighted with the meal. Chips were fresh made, salsa was good and not overbearing. We got a side of chunky guacamole, and it was full of chunks... Delicious! I got a cheesy combo meal while my wife got pollo peccadillos. Both were great. Quite a neat place, great for stopping by anytime. I understand that at dinner there will be a wait. We came on a Tuesday at 5:00 and seating was no problem. Waitresses are Spanish and very polite. A great meal, I must say!

I used to live in New Mexico (green chile for life! and was used to the quality of Mexican/Tex-Mex ingredients of restaurants over there. This restaurant brought those times back and the quality of the food is the closest I can find to match! Their tacos and chorizo are amazing, you can't go wrong with them and the price is affordable. Service was quick. Indoor and outdoor seating available, plenty of parking. Decor was top notch too! I was going to dine in but had to change my plans and take it to go. While there, the service was very good. Nice, relaxing vibe. I love the art work on the walls and everywhere you look. The food! The food was very good too.
If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I absolutely would! Everything was spotless, and the service was exceptional. This is, without a doubt, the best Hispanic restaurant I've visited in a long time.
