La Cabane A Crabes

Sunday 14th August 2022, Lunchtime. Expecting well cooked food we were horrified to be served crab burgers that lacked any flavour, and were just a soggy mess. Even worse, the chips were a burnt dark brown, flabby insult to Maris Piper. The chef needs to be sent to school to learn how to make chips, which should be crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Even a child knows this. I write this 2 months after our visit, but the memory still lingers. The worst meal I've ever eaten in France.Avoid at all costs, and save your money for decent food elsewhere.

We were there for an evening and really enjoyed lobster, crab and fish and chips. We were 3 for dinner and spent good time Service efficient and quick, good food, nothing to say , we shall come back

We had been before and visited last week. Starters were interesting coquilles very nice and a bit unususal. Not sure we would opt for Fish and Chips for Main Course again batter was very heavy.

Good variety of delicious seafood proposed in very well decorated marine style restaurant. However they tend to give smallish portions and a glass of wine ordered can just be half full.

Sitting in the restaurant provides a lovely view of the harbour area. The food was amazing and the staff and service was very good. Overall a great seaside experience.
