Le pire service de ce type de chaînes de restaurant. On était 5 à table et on devait attendre 30 minutes pour pouvoir commander. Lorsque nos repas sont arrivées, une commande était erronée et une personne de notre groupe n'était pas servie! Il a dû attendre 40 minutes encore pour que son repas arrive alors que le reste du groupe avait déjà fini de manger. Je trouve cela scandaleux. Les serveurs prennent leur pourvoir pour acquis alors qu'ils doivent faire en sorte de bien accueillir et bien servir leurs clients dès qu'ils arrivent au restaurant et tout au long de leur visite. Allez voir une autre brasserie ou votre argent sera mieux dépensé. Définitivement, je ne recommande pas ce Cage de Bo...
I visited the restaurant for my daughter's birthday, and the food was great with attentive service. However, the downside was that the music was too loud, making it difficult to have conversations with the people at our table. It really detracted from the experience, as it seemed to discourage communication among guests, with everyone on their phones. It would be much appreciated if there was an area where the music wasn’t as overpowering.
The service was excellent and fast. We ordered steak frites, but the steaks were cooked a bit more than we requested—one was medium, which came out too well done, and the other was medium-rare, but it was more like medium.
