We were looking for a restaurant for our last night on Friday at val tho. And we went to the chaumiere because a friend advised us this resto.on was 8 people. the acceuil : top l ambiance et deco du restaurant: top le service : top les courses: TOP DE TOP. I took the macaron with the poelé foie gras. It was a delight! The fondue is also delicious and the beef piece with foie gras, super truffle is a killing! We all have fun. We'll go back there as soon as we go to the thorens.
Very cool authentic restaurant with a good vibe and very nice interior design and cultural atmosphere. As a vegan I did not have a good experience but the rest said the food was good. They definitely need to up their game in the vegan dishes for vegans to enjoy as well as the rest of the people who eat cheese and meat. Staff was very friendly and nice.
2nd passage during the week and... The same observation!! It's really very good!! The champagne truffle fondue is just amazing and the hot box is a very welcoming staff and a warm atmosphere. For us maybe a third before we leave...

Best in Town! I had a filet the beef with baked foiegras and sauce morilles. It was mouthwatering good. With some more extra truffles it was just a very good dish. Excellent service !
Lovely service. Nice atmosphere. The portions were big and beautiful. It's just that what was missing in our opinion were more that would be very tasty.
