Fantastic! Make sure to come hungry or share a dish, as the portion sizes are generous. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The tacos and platters are amazing - we tried a few tacos and a platter. Parking in San Carlos can be a bit tricky, so arriving early is recommended. There are typically spots available on El Camino just down the block. As for the food, it is delicious with a great variety of meats and seafood. Personally, I recommend the carnitas. The horchata was especially tasty, with just the right amount of cinnamon.
Unfortunately, i decided to give them a second chance. I assure you there won't be a third.Fish tacos, the most plain tasteless things imaginable. Super STEAK Burrito, 3 burritos worth of bland rice and NOT even a kids taco worth of meat. The steak was nowhere to be seen, NO WHERE to be tasted.The saddening thing of it all is that they charge premium prices for this. Oy vey.. .
i was overcharged and it took 3 people to explain why the price on the menu wasn’t correct, which it was. they corrected the charge but didn’t apologize or admit error ?

Hard lesson learned too many times... the hot salsa is really pico de gallo with jalapeño bits added regardless whether or not it 's in your entree or as a side.
Great Mexican spot for lunch. Nothing too fancy but burritos, tacos, and nachos are excellent. Not expensive and will fill you up. Baby burrito is plenty.
We love visiting this restaurant when we are in the Bay area. Finding parking can be a bit challenging, but it is definitely worth it.
