Deuxième visite, la première ayant eu lieu en 2013. Après une période de fermeture, nous avons retenté l'expérience.Cuisine nettement moins savoureuse que la première fois... sauce acide du jambon au vin de Chablis (la raison en incombant certainement aux échalotes vraisemblablement réchauffées)... le reste étant correct...Ce qui nous a fortement déplu, c'est l'insistance des restaurateurs à nous vendre leur vin. Pas moins de 4 interventions à ce sujet (en 1 heure de repas), la dernière étant à la place de l'addition attendue, un bon de commande donné uniquement pour que nous puissions participer au tirage au sort SIC !!! Recettes anciennes du terroir, jambon à la chablisienne, escargots faits maison, boeuf bourguignon, une délicieuse cuisine dans un cadre surprenant, arrosée par des vins d'excellence. Ce n'est pas vraiment un restaurant mais nous le savions. La carte est limitée mais suffisante pour avoir le choix. Les produits proposés sont assez bons. Un peu déçu du passage, car le cadre est magnifique, l'idée de proposer le vin du domaine est génial!!Mais il ne faisait pas chaud dans le restaurant peut être une panne...La carte est un peu légère et un peu cher....C'est dommage car ça pourrait être superbe!

Appeler un jambon au Chablis ce qu'on vous sert est tout simplement une honte! Un petit tas de riz avec une seule tranche de jambon passé a la poele et une cuillere a soupe de sauce rechauffée... Il vous en couteras 16 euros!!!!N'y allez pas c'est du vole!
