Long-time customer of Uzes Fabrique, I am shocked to read the comments of some frustrated customers, you have to wait to be placed, which is normal in view of the affluence. I have witnessed several times the Client Incorrection, which allows to insult the servers that have always been extremely pleasant with us, with family or with friends. The establishment is always clean and well-kept, the whole team gives it every day to satisfy these customers! Keep going!
Certainly the ice is very good but the reception and management of the tables is to be revisited. Can't move a chair to be three on a table. It's impossible to bring two tables together. Separating families in two places on the terrace for the same order is not a problem. Regulation of the Town Hall? So it's time to punch the table to avoid these aberrations.
ice cream is made with natural products, and their taste is powerful in the mouth. They are served in cuts or plates that are refrigerated, which allows to take their time to eat them without they melt too fast. The waffles are to fall on the ground, special mention for homemade hazelnut chocolate and accompanying dark chocolate, and grilled pecan nuts... To fall! Very nice service, very nice place with terrace overlooking the grass square and old charming buildings. Even in the middle of winter, a warm stop and chocolate are welcome!
