This restaurant was a delightful surprise- I highly recommend it! My uncle enjoyed the French toast, while I had the English muffin with brisket and poached egg. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. The prices were reasonable and the service, although a bit slow due to how busy they were, was worth the wait. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed.
Perfect brunch spot. Both pulled pork and braised beef egg sandwiches were mouthwatering and huge. French toast was some of the best I’ve had. I also liked their **** Caesar (a twist on **** Mary). Super friendly service, feels like you’re part of a family. Nice atmosphere inside. Will definitely be back.
My girlfriend and I went to La Fabrique to celebrate our anniversary. We really enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent, the drinks were delicious and perfectly crafted. However, the highlight was the food - it was outstanding! We are definitely planning to return to sample their brunch menu.

My colleague and I landed in Montreal late in the evening and happened to find La Fabrique by chance as we hangrily walking around in search of food.
Holy **** on this brunch!! On our first trip to Montreal, our restaurant try list was mostly derailed since we didn't make any reservations.
Enjoyable food and staff. The ice cubes in the Manhattans were too small and watered down the drink but we will still be back
