This restaurant was a delightful surprise- I highly recommend it! My uncle enjoyed the French toast, while I had the English muffin with brisket and poached egg. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. The prices were reasonable and the service, although a bit slow due to how busy they were, was worth the wait. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed.
Brunch familial le 30 avril avec des plats originaux (et excellents)... le choix est difficile, tant tout est tentant. Ambiance indu, cuisine ouverte au milieu de la salle, personnel extrêmement prévenant... une adresse à découvrir (et en plus réservation possible, un avantage les week end car vous éviterez l'attente).
Du début à la fin, nous avons été chouchoutés par le personnel extrêmement accueillant de ce bistrot atypique où l'on voit littéralement ce que le chef vous prépare ! Un choix conséquent mais logique dans les mets et des conseils vraiment pertinents ! Nous avons été ravis d'y goûter leur cuisine !!! Merci !
Perfect brunch spot. Both pulled pork and braised beef egg sandwiches were mouthwatering and huge. French toast was some of the best I’ve had. I also liked their **** Caesar (a twist on **** Mary). My girlfriend and I went to La Fabrique to celebrate our anniversary. We really enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent, the drinks were delicious and perfectly crafted. However, the highlight was the food - it was outstanding! We are definitely planning to return to sample their brunch menu.
I had an amazing brunch at La Fabrique! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. I could not have asked for a better brunch spot. I give it a perfect 5/5 rating!
Enjoyable food and staff. The ice cubes in the Manhattans were too small and watered down the drink but we will still be back
