I've known this place for over 20 years and I haven't been back for a while. certainly the staff is welcoming and with little care but goes too fast. It's just a little time to make the dishes flow without a break. we are no longer ready for the cut of the pig (which is when a great moment) and the caf must rise at the bottom of the room and not sit with the rest of the friends who do not take it. The waiter refused to let one of our friends amplify his table. So he drank it alone at the bottom of the room. I've been there for several years, the concept has not changed, it's rustic, we eat pig and swine, at will, including for wine. If you are looking for a gastronomic restaurant forget the place, here we come with family or friends, big tabs, we speak loud, it is friendly and the place is warm. At the entrance we welcome you right next door, the pig cooked at the pin, we have full nose and mouth. For the rest, table service to the coffee, one might believe in a party meal at the farm.
