To start, I enjoyed the fig toast, which featured bright, thinly sliced figs atop a bed of whipped stracciatella. Although the toast appeared overly burnt, it was quite enjoyable to eat and didn’t taste burnt at all. The salty pancetta added a delightful twist, giving the dish a unique flavor reminiscent of peanut butter. For my main course, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous serving of crab meat on my saffron spaghetti. While I was curious about the yuzu olive oil cake for dessert, my date chose the panna cotta, which was absolutely delicious. The combination of fresh fruit with cream made for a perfect ending to our meal—light and delightful.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with Lindsey. It was my first visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the little gem salad, gnocchi, and the clams and pasta dish. Everything was delicious, and I hope my future visits are just as delightful. I also had the Verdicchio wine and the chocolate cake for dessert. I would definitely recommend this place!
Sometimes, the best places are the ones you accidentally discover. I was in town for just a day and needed lunch, and this spot turned out to be perfect. The food, drinks, and service were all fantastic!
