We treated ourselves to a perfect Pain au Chocolat and a local treat, a Sacristan (twisted, crispy, flaky, almond flecked pastry.) The staff was warm, gracious, and helpful. After selecting our pastry, and ordering two Gran Cafe Creme (2 large coffees with cream), we settled down with some cheese we purchased in town and had a fine breakfast at the tables set out in front of this excellent and charming bakery. Highly recommended.
We stopped by not knowing what to expect but I wanted my American friends to try and taste the true French Pastries. Needless to say that there was no disappointment there. Pastry and all other product are simply fantastic! A huge thumb up to the pastry chef and to the great service staff in the front, friendly, effective and professional.Highly recommended, a do not miss while in Uzes
If you pass through Uzes especially make a stop in this beautiful little bakery. You will understand why they have won the best bakery in France by tasting their products among which the incontournable fougasse from us.

The pastries are falling the pastry shop is passionate only flat the seller is not pleasant know her products and we felt well that she wanted us to leave quickly
Good baguette, smaller and more expensive than in a organic bakery...the sellers take themselves for influencers but without influence to be as unfriendly?
