A very popular tourist town and so many restaurants to choose from. We found this small restaurant in a side street next to a church and liked the peace and quiet. We were lucky to get a table as, within ten minutes of arriving, the place was full and it was clear that many were regulars and/or locals. A nice menu with lots of Alsatian classics and a set lunchtime menu that was excellent value although we only wanted a light lunch as we were eating later. Everything was freshly cooked and the homemade tart looked and tasted fantastic! Pleasant service and clean toilet.
i thought the ranking seem to do injustice to the restaurant perhaps they only had 9 reviews.Small quiet rest but great food. Almost fine dining standard they seem to have 1 male staff but v efficient.Laurent is always polite, smiling despite of a full house. we were sharing appetiser, main course as we r trying to lose weight - sharing a taboo in the french dining culture but Laurent happily provided extra plates , no complaints. charming terrace, lovely set up, even toilets r clean.
this place is not along the main road of riquewihr, so they must go from the normal route. it is a cozy restaurant that serves authentic French in general and Alsatian dishes in particular. we were with friends from the Swiss and all the plates we were ordered were exquisite. a place to recommend without reserve. I forgot my handy, but when I called from far away, the owner said he'll put it in his postbox so I can pick it up.
we enjoyed our lunch there. it is a small, sweet restaurant. both were very nice and friendly with us. we enjoyed eating the Alsace burger! her dog is enchanting! many thanks for her attention and sweet service. it's not easy when many people come. to close the same time or almost the service. you could say: no, and we were accepted! bonne anée!

They let us go because we wanted to share a court, because we were not so hungry. it didn't matter that we both wanted to drink things. Apparently, a two-person table must have both people to order a court. unclear whether their...policy is not to put on a person.
We were here for a day-trip with a tour company. Decided to pop in here for a beer and wine, had some french fries. hah. Great service, excellent people watching. This whole town is awesome and I highly recommend it!
authentic, good service and very good tarte-flambee and salat, house wine also better than usual. we and our two girls, 10 and 14, loved it. jan and paintene from copenhagen.
The scores on tripadvisor probably a scam. We went here based on the descent scores. Staff is very rude plus the food tasted rotten.

Food was excellent I a very pleasant environment. Wine very good. Overall a great experience. Would recommend.
The restarant has very tasty food and nice staff. Good value for money. Accept dogs. We will return.
