If the products are good, the reception is at the same temperature as the ice cream: cold and frozen. Tell my daughter, who is polite and well educated, that she is asking a stupid question, and that we are deliberately doing poor service to customers who kindly ask to be well served.... Retrain yourself and do another job if you don't have customer sense!
