We took a delicious meal tonight at Caunes-Minervois in La Grande Fontaine... on a place next to it, yes... of a great fountain. Under a few centenary platanes. There is a mix of people, locals and tourists, which creates a warm atmosphere. We first enjoyed a delicious dish of tuna and charcuterie. The tuna was briefly fried and deliciously tender. For the main dish we chose the breaded chicken net and a Duck Magret. Fries and lettuce were served with. No chichi, just good fresh products prepared with care and attention and served in a relaxed atmosphere in a village restaurant. All dishes were delicious and the portions are generous. If you are in the area, a car ride is highly recommended
