My husband and I came for lunch yesterday. My husband took the menu of the day to 32 euros (flat entrance dessert wine coffee, I took a flat entrance. Entrance arrived after 15 minutes, very good. On the other hand, we waited 1h30 for the dish! I only have a 1-hour lunch break at work so it was already stressing me, I wanted to leave after 1-hour waiting, but my husband stopped me. We finally received our plates (very late). Because of the stress of being late at work, I couldn't enjoy this dish anymore, even if it was very good. We hadn't come since the restaurant resumed in 2020 and I thought I'd find the same map on the site, it wasn't. The dishes offered are however very well made with a very well executed presentation. Few fault of the waiter who takes the glasses in which there was still wine while we were still at the table, but this gentleman was always effective and smiling. Rather pleasant, even if the decor deserves to be updated as the map.
The service leaves to be desired, put plates first to men! One of the servers doesn't understand what they're asking, for example: you ask for the check and send the other server by saying that we have a question to ask... Since the change of direction, quality and quantity in the plate have nothing to do with the past... A very disappointing service for the price...
I am here for lunch, for good food and fast service (they are used to work lunches), but once we have organized a conference dinner (65 people) and the result was very satisfied: we ate together (I mean for...all courses) and well. also the respective diets were properly taken into account as vegan and gluten-free. I'll check it again.

delicious food, quick attention service. this is the only really traditional restaurant in palaiseau. the only part: a bit expensive. a wonderful address to celebrate a family event or birthday.
Excellent cuisine! Being a fan of paleron, I enjoyed myself. Bravo to the chief. The frame is a bit old but pleasant. The staff is welcoming and understanding. I highly recommend.
