We order from here all the time never had a problem. We ordered a large cheese pie and an order of fried calamari.. Nothing was cooked and we live around the block.. When I called the first time the girl said we were busy(not an excuse why it’s not cooked).. Second time I called to talk to the manager he said well he doesn’t understand calamari is complicated. And the pizza he doesn’t get what I mean by not being finished.. It was complete dough.. He asked me if I wanted another pie I told him no.. So he told me next time to remind him he’ll give me a discount and for me to tell them that I want my pie crispy.. sorry not feeling good about this and now no one ate …
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. I have never had an issue prior to tonight. This is the bottom of a calzone I ordered. It was completely charred. The top was slightly burnt as well. When I cut into it to take my first bite all I could taste was burnt crust. It was inedible. This should never have left the restaurant. I ordered it for delivery. I’m not sure what happened but I’m not the only person who has received burnt food. Look at the other reviews. Their quality control needs to be adjusted. I spent almost $25 for delivery and the main entree was inedible. I will definitely reconsider ordering from them again
First of all, y 'all eat too much pizza. In a class of restaurant I like to call Weeknight Italian (before/after shopping, you want a sit down meal not eat out of a pizza box at home etc. La Gratella is high on my list. Great traditional entrees and creative specials from the chefs! Delma is always terrific and they will accommodate special requests. So put down the Grubhub app, bring a bottle of wine and enjoy great entrees at a great price anytime!
I can’t thank Freddie and his wonderful employees enough (and his amazing delivery guy)! Food is always amazing! Food is hot! Salads, pizza, penne vodka, calamari, and the soups!! Cant believe they make a chicken gyro that is great! They are my go to any night of the week! Thank you La Gratella Team!

Chicken parm Was expecting a real fried breaded chicken breast, not breaded chicken patties. Sauce was eh … had better jarred sauce. Bread was cold and soft, not even warmed up. I’ve had their pizza and calzones before and they were good. Next time I’ll stick with the pizza and skip the dinners.
I usually do not have a problem with La Gratella. People are nice, pizza is decent and prices are not too bad. HOWEVER...if this is the portion size of an order of calamari you get for $12.95, I may have to rethink of our go to restaurant. Absolutely awful. Do better.
I haven't had the chance to try their pizza yet, but I did order wings, and I have to say they were delicious. The next time I order pizza, it will definitely be from here. If it's as good as the wings, I'll happily give them that final star!
Fresh and delicious salads with generous portions. I will definitely order again and recommend it to others—no disappointments at all!

The best chicken parmesan in the area! The staff are very friendly, and the pizza is also excellent.
