The shells of all the macarons were delightfully crumbly, while the fillings were wonderfully soft and melted in my mouth—probably the softest macarons I've ever had. Just a heads up: they are so delicate that they can easily get bruised during transport, so be sure to handle them with care! Here are my thoughts on the flavors I tried: 1. **Rose Lychee** - The lychee flavor (which is both tart and sweet) comes through stronger than the rose, which is more of a subtle aftertaste. This place makes a pretty darn good macaron. I went here on Christmas Eve. They had 16 different flavors remaining, so I got the gift box of 18 to bring to a dinner party. They came in a nicely packaged blue box that separated each macaron for travel. Then the put the gift box in a blue paper bag filled decoratively with blue tissue. You might notice the blue theme. The service was good. The lady who helped me understood quite clearly that I wanted a rainbow spread of the colors throughout the gift box. It came out beautifully. Seriously the best pastries and macarons, even better than the stuff I've had in Paris. The macarons are delicate and bursting with flavor. My husband will stop by once a week for a savory and sweet pastry. My faves are the chocolate-almond croissant and the ham and cheese. They do sell out early sometimes but really anything from the case is beyond delicious.
I had the best Ham and Swiss croissant I've ever tasted in this town! I absolutely adore the authentic French pastries and the attentive service at this cozy café. A delightful flavor experience! We tried five different flavors, and every single one was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the cassis, as well as the pistachio and coconut combinations.
Sweet and delicious macarons, they have different varieties and they taste fresh. My personal favorite is the raspberry and almond! They also had other pastries that looked very tasteful!
