I had the chance to spend an exceptional evening at La Mangeoire, following a Christmas present from my parents. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed in the room which is in fact a veranda offering a full view of the village center. We took the 6 sequence menu, in order to enjoy all the flavors offered that evening. Everything was both refined and original. The dishes were prepared with fresh, seasonal produce, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Une très belle surprise ! Un acceuil charmant, un cadre élégant et une cuisine mêlant les saveurs avec subtilité. Tout est réfléchi, travaillé dans les moindres détails pour que l'on passe un moment d'exception en toute simplicité. Les plats s'adaptent également parfaitement pour les végétariens.
Une expérience inoubliable : le chef jongle avec les saveurs exotiques avec une subtilité incroyable. Tout est sublime, de la présentation des plats a la dégustation et jusqu’aux vins, choisi avec finesse. Ne changez rien surtout !
