I'm here at 8:00. and very lucky to have had a table at the edge of the water!the meal: wonderful as usual! we go to the germinating mother 1 times a year, this is our little pleasure of the year! very professional service, kind !menu to 48€ very good ! good value quality price, fish soup always as good!In addition to an irreproachable service, generous staff in good mood, I emphasize the view is ... unique! Frisian bay, in front of the small port, very warm place!
traditional family meals. reception is always very pleasant and the attentive and relatively fast service for an establishment of this level. phone reception is pleasant and effective. the table corresponds to the requested location. A great plus, the valet service: thank you! the fish soup is always excellent and the gambas dish with the reduced safrnée sauce with coconut milk is a real delight. We once again had a great time.

we went to townfranche on and had lunch with Mother Germaine.C is a very good table, the service is of very good quality, the staff is very welcoming, the restaurant is very well located in the heart of the city on the docks. The bouillabaisse is particularly good and very copyy we will return!
