Likes:The portions were good sized and the food was tasty. I especially liked their re-fried beans. Most places I've been to have terrible beans but I ate all of this one.Everyone at our table were satisfied with their meal. Mine was a bit cold in spots but I brushed it off as the sauce being cold. We went here to celebrate a friend's birthday and although it started out fun, it wasn't long before we knew the night was going sideways. I recognize that serving a group of 10 can be challenging but it was the food quality that was the most disappointing. Everything was cold and greasy and the best example of the worst dish of the night was the "bean" soup - it was literally cut up hotdogs floating in a luke warm, tasteless broth without a bean in sight!The service was chaotic and despite showing up on time for our 6PM reservation and ordering shortly after, we didn't get our meals until 8:45pm. I've travelled past this place many times and wanted to check it out as it looked so authentic. Along with friends we ventured in and enjoyed the evening. Our server was a young man who knew his menu and was attentive and efficient. We started our meal with marguerita's (of course) and Corona as well. Nachos and salsa to begin was tasty, but the drinks were fantastic! I had burritos and friends had enchiladas and quesadillas. They were brilliantly delicious!!! Went there on a Friday afternoon on the May 24 long weekend with my better half. We both enjoy mexican food so we headed over after a trip to Barrie on the way back to Toronto. I had the 5 soft shell tacos in beef and my wife had the chicken burrito..Both of our meals arrived hot and we enjoyed the guacamole and chips while we waited. We were out last Saturday and to our surprise we found that they are open for lunch. Their menu is very reasonable, with many lunch selections. We were there right at noon, and they weren't busy, but by 12:30 people were streaming in. You can book tablesif you want to guarantee yourself a table. Only one waiter, but he was doing an amazing job keeping up. They have a new ventilation system, so you don't leave smelling like a taco. Great option for a Saturday lunch.
Definitely worth the drive to Bradford. Love the old charming Decor. Fantastic service. Great menu selections. Everything is extremely reasonably priced. But best of all, the food is incredible. Not like most Mexican restaurants that slather everything in sauces and cheeses, this place uses minimal or just enough sauces and cheeses to make the dishes perfect. I had the chicken enchiladas, and I loved every single bite! Check them out for sure!
Went to this restaurant for the first time today and was very impressed. The interior looks just like places I've been to in Mexico. The server was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent! If you're going to order the platter, make sure you're hungry! I'll definitely go back again.....and again....and again! :)
I live locally to Mexicanada restaurant and in speaking to the other patrons some will drive from as far as Halton Region just to get quality Mexican here at this small restaurant...But be ware it gets busy so get there early or make reservations. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Stopped by on our way home from Collingwood. Friends have recommended this place and food was delicious. Chicken in the tacos was spicier than the beef burritos. Margarita was refreshing on a summer evening! We will definitely go back.
