Until the last moment with the visit of the kitchen in the basement and a car placed in front of the door at the agreed time. A little more: the Christmas market organized in the hotel. A 5 for the quality of the kitchen. Wonderful chef who works local quality products with a lot of nuance and subtlety. A 4 for the sommelier in difficulty with the Mets/vins agreement yet on the menu and which results on a frustration especially that one is completely abandoned after the resistance plate. Too bad. But it is a small detail that will improve with time and experience returns. All staff are in small care. The kitchen tends to 2 stars, the room deserves a little bit of rodage but in the end a very nice house We'll be back with great pleasure.
Nice ABSOLUMENT Super. Magic works as soon as you arrive. A remarkable welcome, the surprise of the menu, the dishes bind each other behind, the taste buds are constantly active. A sommelier who listens, an impeccable napkin. delicious, original, wanted, beautiful presentation, the dishes were chained without waiting, almost too much, we had no time to finish our aperitif! excellent service, attentive. I just regret that the menus are not indicated on a map, difficult to choose between 2, 6 or 9 dishes, when you don't know what it will be. But we'll come back because it was a very good lunch, congratulations to the chief.

What a good time. be with people loved in front of an excellent table and served on the terrace by elegant and pleasant staff, than to ask better. Being handicapped I also enjoyed being able to put my vehicle right in front of the door. A deserved star, I put 5.
