Finding a restaurant in Vilafranca for menu del dia was very difficult to start with and then we found Restaurant La Palma. Sent upstairs to another room. Service terrible by an older man who was completely disinterested. 15/20 mins for starters to arrive. Had to ask for oil, vinegar and salt. They were all rusted when they arrived. Salt wet and wouldn't come out. Tried to charge 8 euros for macaroni bolognesa that my daughter had. There was no bolognesa on it. Menus cost 11.50 euros to include one drink and bread.
