I had asked for a specific order , there was a lack of Communication between the rep and myself (which I didn’t make a big deal) . I kindly advised the person that was giving me my order, that that’s not how I had asked for it, and if they could please give me my order the way I wanted it . A lady then comes out and tells me “if I did not order it like this “ I specifically said once again “no I did not ask for it that certain way I told the rep that I wanted it a specific way “ she then goes and gets the rep brings him to me and tells me that that’s how I placed my order.
