This is definitely not authentic Mexican food! Went there with my husband and two daughters, the service was horrible! Waited at the front to be seated and not one person asks if we have been helped they just keep dealing with paying customers! Then once seated it took forever for someone to take our order, After we got our food nobody checked to see if we needed anything else or… refills on drinks. Food was edible but by no means what I expected! Then waited forever to pay, everyone walks by never asking if we need help! No, we just like standing around!!!!! Definitely never coming back and telling everyone we know not to either!
Unbelievably poor service, the food was ok, the price is almost twice as much as similar places in the area, limited parking. Most of the staff were more interested in watching TV than service. Some of the food was good some was ok and some was bad, rice and beans were old and dry. We had to ask several times to get napkins and refills on drinks. They forgot some of the order and the staff seemed like they did not want to be there. When we were there, the place was not very busy and there was plenty of staff, but they acted like high school kids being forced to do yard work at the crack of dawn.
this place has gone so down last year. the service is terrible. they get pre-seeding. chips taste like a bought bag, not homemade. drink them service if they are someone who competently down. there is only a competent person who works at any time. in the rule they are ignored until it is the time of billing. most employees just hang around the reception and chat nothing. go to casa sanchez in ontario off mountain. 5 star service, better eating, taste not too different.
Every item on the menu is great, and the shrimp enchiladas are the best I have ever had. The service is always friendly and attentive. It's hard not to fill up on the chips and salsa before the dinner arrives. I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in 1966, and I have never had a bad meal or a bad time. my family has come here since literal generations. my grandparents love this restaurant and this love was passed on by the family. I come here since I was a very small child and the rest is very secret. eating is of course delicious! definitiw they give it a try as this 5-star review represents my whole family.
I Hadnt been here in a while.Great food and friendly service.Place was packed but the wait was only 20 mins on a Saturday night. Food was plentiful good portions and didnt take long to take our order and get our food served. Carnitas was flavorful and tender. THE DRINKS ARE GREAT. Definitely a must visit.
