Excellent! What a kitchen! Quality products sublimated by refined cuisine and original flavours. We tasted the oyster tartars, a madness, the daurade carpaccio, the tuna tataki that made unanimity, the cod doughs... and the desserts were just as good, special mention for the chocolate melting, extra melting!
