This is a restaurant that deserves excellence from all points of view. The reception, friendliness, kindness of the servers (owners perhaps elsewhere). The friendly room departs its situation in this middle-aged house. The limited card that indicates the freshness of the products. Amuse mouth (common) Perfectly cooked dishes as desired. A quick service...and then in addition to the toilets whose cleanliness, atmosphere, style equal, or even exceed those of starred restaurants. A problem, however...the reservation is necessary, if not difficult to stop there on the ground. In summary for me, one of the best tables not only of Chatellerault but also around.
Nice terrace in the back of the restaurant. The kitchen: small card, which doesn't bother me, but not excellent, the sauces are not quite reduced, too liquid and not tasteful. The foie gras had nothing exceptional, and the appearance was not homogeneous. The quantities for the price are also not exceptional. To finish my towel was stained and found in several places.... Very good time in this restaurant that offers a great patio for the beautiful days, it is very pleasant. The servers are very careful and chic. We had taken the dessert flat entry menu in the 35 euros it seems to me. Meal more than copyy and very good. Little more for mouth lovers. We will return with pleasure.
Delicious meal, from the entrance to the dessert, the foie gras is home and it feels served with a rhubarb jam and toasted it was perfect! A good selection of wines from Anjou and Touraine, thanks for this very good time, the service also was impeccable
