The only thing saving this place from a 1 Star review was the food. By far one of the worst customer that me and my family have received at any place. We came for our reservations for 6:35, by the we sat down and gave out order it was around 6:45pm which is fine. But what is not fine is the fact that we didn 't receive our food until 8:30pm. When we made a complaint to the manager about it, she told us it was our fault and how this isn 't a fast food restaurant and it caused us to miss one of our other reservations and told us we should have stated that so can make our order and rush order as if that 's our responsibility to have the food come out on time. At first, I thought this was just a typical pizzeria, but I was completely mistaken. It turned out to be a fantastic place to dine! I ordered lobster pizza one day and lobster seafood pasta the next—both were excellent choices. The food was amazing, and the service was great as well. I’d prefer not to mention the staff's names for privacy, but they went above and beyond to ensure my wife got her vegetarian pizza, which I’m sure they’ll remember. Despite a slight language barrier, they fully accommodated her request. We visited on September 10th and 11th, 2023, and we were genuinely impressed with the staff. The service at this restaurant was fantastic! The food we ordered was absolutely delicious, and they even offer lactose-free cheese. If you find yourself in Québec City, you have to try this place for the best Italian food. Vegetarian options are great too—my wife had the Vegan Tofu Pasta, and it was outstanding!
Went in with 4 adults and 3 kids. Wouldn’t even seat us. Left us standing at the enterance for awhile. Finally when we asked for a table we were told there’s no room when there were so many tables empty.I don’t want to make assumptions why but it was a horrible feeling. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Wonderful service! The appetizers were delightful, especially the fresh salad with melon. However, all three pasta dishes we ordered (chicken pesto pasta, lobster linguine, and spaghetti bolognese) were rather mediocre. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Amazing restaurant! Ordered a lobster seafood spaghetti and didn’t expect too much because of the price. But it actually had a decent amount of lobster! The staffs are very friendly, food is good. Overall a very very good experience
This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food, especially for Italian cuisine lovers. I really enjoyed their Bruschetta as well!
