Restaurant qui a changé de propriétaire depuis 1 semaine. Nous avons réservé ce matin et nous y sommes allés pour 13h. Conclusion : apéro nickel avec Spritz Gaillacois avec une planche de saucissons, suivi de 4 planches mixtes, d’un excellent vin rosé qui est cultivé vers Cordes-sur-Ciel mais qui est du Pinot noir excellent et ensuite 4 cafés gourmands. The dishes and wines are good. The advice on choosing wine is appreciated. But the smoke from the fireplace throughout the room is very uncomfortable.
