Love IT!. Been coming here for years. Extended family been coming here for years. The food is always great. So tasty and just enough on the plate (and I like my food!!! . I just cant go passed the pumpkin spinach pasta! Food comes out quick. Setting is comfortable and relaxing. Its definitely family friendly. The staff are exceptional. Owners are always there whether serving, cooking etc. They are hard working and always wanting to please and make every patron leave happy and satisfied. Secretly I wanted my brother to go out with the owners daughter who is just lovely inward and outward appearance: Congratulations La Porchetta Frankston.
La Porchetta have recently implemented their new vegan menu and the family decided to test a few of the pieces.<br/ <br/ We got the Veggie Patch pizza and the Spaghetti Broccoli. The pizza was very delicious with a bunch of flavour couldn’t fault it! The pasta on the other hand possibly needed something to compliment the other elements, but it was still very ‘creamy’ and delicious.<br/ <br/ The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating with people with two young kids. They offered us plastic bowls and cutlery for the boys, which was a great idea!
The Italian food here is so amazing that we’ve given up on making it at home! I adore the homemade-style pasta and, in my opinion, the best pizza in Melbourne. The restaurant has a family-friendly atmosphere and a relaxed vibe, with warm and welcoming staff. There's plenty of parking available on Nepean Hwy, and it's great value for the money—especially the pizza, although the entrée portions are usually quite generous. Thank you, everyone!
My partner and I dined last night after we turned away from another local venue that was 'So busy, you cant even wait at the bar ' at 6pm.. yeah right.Anyway, service was quick and friendly. Within 5 minutes we were seated, drinks served and food ordered. Meals not long after that. Food was tasty and good side servings.Its not fancy- but its clean, comfortable, welcoming good value. We were attending a birthday gathering on the beach and the partner of the host ordered some takeaway pizzas for lunch. She is a gluten intolerant so they were all gluten free which surprisingly didn't taste awful (particularly coming from somewhere that is a cheap pizza to begin with). Did the trick for satisfying our hunger although I wouldn't opt for the GF by choice
My partner and I absolutely adore this restaurant! We’ve visited numerous times and have never been disappointed. The service is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. My favorite dish is the chicken pasta, while my partner—who happens to be a chef—adores the ribeye. We will definitely be returning!

A great family outing! Pizzas all arrived at the same time and were cooked just right. Kids loved their ice-chocolates and staff were happy to accommodate such a large party.
