A very nice experience in 6 dishes, accompanied by their selected wines. Do not drink alcohol, the sommelier offered me to discover different teas, delicately infused and served hot in large wine glasses. What was my surprise... an explosion of perfumes, all as delicate as one another. And to accompany my divine dessert, a cup of a cocktail based on unalcoholized wines..... incredible!! The service was impeccablely orchestrated, all in finesse, benevolence and courtesy. A great bravo to the chef for his inventive, tasty, astonishing and infinitely delicious cuisine. Thanks for this gustative journey, to the pleasure of returning to discover new flavors.
excellent cooking time with a superb decor. We should not look at the price because we took the tasting menu that was perfect. The association with the wines was superb even if the number of glasses was numerous and the mixture of which leads to a small inconvenience...but we forget.
Beautiful setting, you wouldn't believe in the city, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, the delicious dishes, the enchanting patois with the wines that go with and a perfect service, the top on Montpellier!
Very pleasant setting in the center of Montpellier, good value for the menu of the day at 47€, however the dish remains quite classic.
