La Table Des Armaillis

Exceptional! This is the adjective that comes to me to describe our meal on August 15 during a menu around Beaufort. After a few appetizers, superb ravioli with mushrooms and Beaufort cheese subtly accompanied by coriander. Then a very tender veal accompanied by a good juice and to finish a surprising dessert around strawberries and very balanced Beaufort cheese before ending with sweets, each one more delicious than the other! We also appreciated the very nice wine list with a Saint Joseph white from 2019 for €49, a bargain! The best value for money in a long time in a restaurant. Certainly equivalent to the bird mirror in Martigues. A restaurant that could be starred. the cuisine is divine, local, very affordable and diverse. The cheese cellar is worth visiting (surprise, surprise). As for the whole team, we were treated extremely professionally without being dehumanized. very pleasant chef, a little shy , the waiters are very caring and not stingy (special breads served at will. So good that we went back to try another menu of the day. (see pictures) We can't wait to find these delicious dishes in this warm environment for the winter season.

We discovered the Table des Armaillis on August 16 and it was a unique menu for the Beaufort festival! We were surprised at first but everything was done to be able to adapt to everyone's tastes, thanks again to the chef for the delicious pasta prepared for our 6-year-old daughter The atmosphere is warm while being quite elegant, the dishes surprising and very good, especially the meat (veal) which melted deliciously in your mouth! And as said in other comments very good value for money

Great, unbeatable value for money, the cuisine is refined and excellent (the duckling and the beef in crust are absolutely magnificent and I'm not talking about the delicious desserts... the room staff is kind, attentive and very professional, I recommend strongly.
