After dining at another Michelin 2star we were sceptical, especially after walking past a hugh silver barracuda sculpture set in the entrance to the small dining room.Nasti delivered in every way: creative dishes (eg char cooked in local beeswax), beautiful presentation, subtlety matching the dinnerware to the food being served…..including some old Alsatian plates to match the regional themed offerings. The food was well prepared and tasty, innovative but not trying to over reach and always not to far from the Alsatian roots. We did well to return to La Table d’Olivier Nasti. The experience was incomparable to our dinner just a year ago. The welcome was very smooth and we were taken to our table and then seated. A glass of champagne to start and whet your appetite with a delicious horseradish appetizer. When choosing the menu, the advice of the maître d' was more than valuable in reassuring my wife about one of the dishes from the hunter's menu that we chose. It is difficult to express in words the delicacy and accuracy of the work of the chef who came to greet all the tables during the meal, which was not the case last year. Exceptional from start to finish, clearly the top restaurant in Alsace! Worth the trip.
There is no better way to describe our experience than truly exceptional. To start, we had an unexpected food allergy at the table that requires no meat and no dairy (vegetarian and vegan)! The staff didn’t blink and the substitutions were unrecognizable from the set menu. The wait staff were polite, profesional, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was super. The fois gras dish was my favorite and the best I have had in my entire life. Wonderful wine list both local to Alsace and from the wider world. Real tribute was made to the honor the local cuisine, but still modern and inventive dishes. Amazing to pull off both at once. Cannot more highly recommend.
Nous étions à la winstub du chambard pour un dîner et un petit déjeuner. Tout était top , accueil, le personnel et les mets proposés et pour finir notre week-end gastronomique on a eu la chance de croiser et de faire une photo avec le chef Olivier Nasti , une personne très accueillante sympathique et accessible tout comme l’ensemble du personnel, très belle expérience à refaire très rapidement.

Nous avons attendu le premier plat une heure et demi (cauchemar en cuisine?? . Le chef est venu presenter des (vagues excuses. Le premier plat du menu de chasse (feuille-a-feuille d'anguille et foie gras est ensuite servi beaucoup trop froid et n'a aucun gout. Le reste du repas s'est tres bien passe mais je trouve cette bavure inacceptable pour un diner de EUR 1000 dans un deux etoiles.

Très bon moment la delicatesse de Mad Nasti l inventivité de Mr Nasti nous ont séduit Un grand merci ainsi qu a vos collaborateurs présents et pas présents P A
Un restaurant qui mérite largement ces deux étoiles. Nous avons très bien mangé et le service était exceptionnel.
