a little disappointed with the experience with reputation. with a month of waiting time, no choice of schedule and a map at promising prices (coast more expensive than the great restaurants nearby,) I expected a special experience. I enjoyed the professional service (even a little too much what gives a lack of natural and ease compared to other houses) , the finesse and the search for dishes, the advice of the sommelier particularly involved. It was our last day in France and wanted an unforgettable gastronomic experience. After visiting the beautiful chateau we had the opportunity to cool in the bar while waiting for our 7:30 seats. We were warmly welcomed and immediately sat. Was used by the very careful touch of the wooden mushroom to sit my handbag. We chose the cook Julien's Prix Fixe and was thrilled by the starters (tomato caviar or foie-gras-terrine), which attracts carp in variation for both of us, the desserts of strawberry dumplings or rhubarb eel flower blocks. Set in a serene intimate dining room with an open kitchen in the iconic Auberge du Jeu de Paume in Chantilly, France, la Table du Connétable takes Michelin dining to an impressive new level. We were allowed to choose from the entire menu to compose our own prix fixe several course dinner. Service was attentive, elegant and unobtrusive. The overall experience was memorable and quite deicious, a feast for the eyes and the palate. I cannot recommend highly enough. Exquisite!

nice time spent with a careful, smiling and professional team. We have experienced a surprising and refined culinary experience. a very good sommelier jean cedric, has offered us very good wines to accompany an excellent meal during which the new key chef of the norcy showed us his talent. Bravo to the chief and all his team.

5 course chefs menu without any fish or beef. Just chicken. Our server spoke very poor English and spoke so softly no one heard her. Every dish was a mystery. When we did question her she could not explain the dish. Overall, a very underwhelming dinner for a quite significant sum.

exceptional February dinner! it was a tourbillon of flavors.! made from local and quality products. the presentation shows, the enormous work done in the kitchen. A bike for you, m. denon and your entire team. A perfect service. Excellent table!
