to celebrate our years of meeting my tender wife and I went to the table of the connetable to Chantilly. We already knew this star table, and wanted to discover the new Julian chef lucas, the new sommelier, the new team in kitchen and service. We had the chance to be placed at the table located optimally to admire the work of the teams in the kitchen. We have chosen the menu tasting in dishes: it allows to discover the know-how offered in the dishes à la carte, but on menu. the asparagus of the vegetable garden of Sacy-le-Grand, truite of the smoky, whipped sauce with the earth's edge; langoustin, smoky with fir, vintage caviar, pear and beet; the sander, in darne, mushroom of Orry-la-Ville...

Set in a serene intimate dining room with an open kitchen in the iconic Auberge du Jeu de Paume in Chantilly, France, la Table du Connétable takes Michelin dining to an impressive new level. We were allowed to choose from the entire menu to compose our own prix fixe several course dinner. Service was attentive, elegant and unobtrusive. The overall experience was memorable and quite deicious, a feast for the eyes and the palate. I cannot recommend highly enough. Exquisite!

a very French spirit in this venerable house where the dishes arrive under bells in a **** ballet that holds mainly from the clin d'oeil. We never get tired of the amuse-bouches arranged in horse iron that are already a journey and give an idea of the party-prises of Julian lucas: cultivate bitterness. Here we find the hop... that often endive treated surprisingly and sum all attractive. Don't miss the chocolate and endive wedding.

5 course chefs menu without any fish or beef. Just chicken. Our server spoke very poor English and spoke so softly no one heard her. Every dish was a mystery. exceptional February dinner! it was a tourbillon of flavors.! made from local and quality products. the presentation shows, the enormous work done in the kitchen. A bike for you, m. denon and your entire team. A perfect service. Excellent table!
