Have lunch today in this brewery with my husband. Hot goat salad in the butcher's room (frites/salade) and pepper sauce for the dish. We ate very well. The meat was excellent. Very good service be it by the very young girl or the young man, both concerned that our meal is going well. The decor and the atmosphere we enjoyed. In short, we had a very pleasant moment without false notes!
Interesting brewery, potato entry and lukewarm black boudin. Finally a chef who can cook a blue beef piece. The fish and chips is delicious. I finished with a gourmet coffee with its decline around the coffee. Good and hearty lunch.
