I don't venture into Little Italy often, so I was looking forward to trying this place out. Had out of town visitors coming, so wanted to show them what Baltimore had to offer. Service: standard. The host seemed bored upon entering. Our waitress was friendly, but seemed annoyed by our patronage. We were a party of 4 on a Wednesday evening. It wasn't terribly busy. I made a reservation using OpenTable. A friendly host escorted us to our table upstairs. We were given the option of sparkling water and decided on 2 bottles. The cheese and fruit platter included a selection of Italian cheeses and a small amount of apple slices. The special of the night was a delicious short rib beef stew. We also enjoyed lemon drop martinis, which were very easy to drink. I highly recommend this restaurant in Little Italy. The dress code is business casual and they welcome families with kids.
La Tavola is one of my favorite Italian restaurants! The linguini taleggio is an absolute must when you come. It's creamy and rich but the balsamic helps cuts through it. I also tried the lasagna which was great as well but the taleggio is definitely the way to go. The tiramisu was the perfect end to our meal especially paired with a macchiato. The service is excellent too.

Great Italian food at the heart of Baltimore little Italy?s area. Menu?s are all from scratch. Pasta are tender and fresh. The beef ribs taste really good. The seafood are cooked right to my taste bud. It?s a good experience to be here. Daniel was very helpful in explaining the menu.
Great authentic Italian place, located in Little Italy. Came here for a graduation dinner and the food is excellent and made in-house. The atmosphere is semi formal and there is a paid parking lot right across the street. Highly recommend!
