The empty parking lot should have been our first sign to not come here, but the inside was even more empty. The food was terrible, I've never had cheese enchiladas that tasted more like Italian manicotti...our server was never around. There was a language barrier, but that's not anyone's fault, it was just hard to communicate what we were asking for. However, she became frustrated easily. Service was also slow. The best part of the meal was the guacamole. We had a table of 7 and I'm pretty positive nobody took more than 1 or 2 bites of their food before we paid and left. There's 100% better choices for Mexican food in town, definitely skip this one.
Since it was New Year's Eve, there weren't too many restaurants open. So, we had breakfast (to go) and dinner here. For breakfast, we ordered Breakfast Tacos: Egg, Chorizo, Potato; Egg Bacon; Egg Sausage and Horchata. They were really good. For dinner, we dined in and ordered the Tamale Plate, Beef Soup, Kid's Pizza, and Kid's Quesadilla. Everything tasted good, but the beef soup was a little more salty than we prefer. It was still good though. Loved the horchata. Great atmosphere and good service.
Great Mexican food, great service and great prices. What more can you ask for? We had their beef enchilada plates with queso which was delicious. I?m trying to do low carb so I was pleased when they substituted mixed vegetables for beans and rice. They served chips and salsa. They provided very attentive service. If you are in the mood for Mexican food and in the area, give them a try
I visited from out of town, and my dad suggested this place because they serve barbacoa, and I must say it was delicious! The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the staff were well-dressed and very professional. I enjoyed it so much that I returned for a second visit the next day. We visited this restaurant today and our daughters leg is broken, as we walked in they had just mopped the floor, the staff went out of their way to dry the floor with a blower and sat us close to the door so she wouldn’t have to go far, excellent service and great food with amazing prices. Will visit again when we travel this way.
The food and service were fine, but our experience was largely affected by an older gentleman who was belting out karaoke at an incredibly loud volume. A song or two might have been tolerable, but it went on throughout our entire meal, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the price we paid.
I've never been to Jalisco but I imagine this is just like it! My food was tasty in my mouth and didn't sting on the way out
