During my recent visit to La Terrasse du Ter, I was absolutely delighted by the Inspiration menu. Each dish was a delight for taste buds, beautifully prepared and presented. The large shrimp marinated with spices with their vegetable wok and coconut emulsion were tasty and perfectly seasoned. The bar net with curcuma arancini and its carrot mousseline with orange butter and chorizo was also exquisite. The highlight of the show was dessert: a ravioli of pineapples with creamy milk, citrus supremes and yogurt sorbet. It was a balanced mix of flavors, with the sorbet that delicately contrasted with citrus fruit, while pineapple brought a subtle softness and rice to milk a fantastic creamy touch...
