CUSTOMER SERVICE???? JUST WHEN TAKING SOMEONES MONEY? I don’t typically write reviews but this experience gas forced me to share my thoughts. As for the restaurant during my visit, they appeared very disorganized which WOULD lead me to believe it is at this point when you want to make sure your customer service is beyond reproach! I was in for a quick bite and noticed something extremely troubling. A customer walked up to the bar and asked for a bag for the bottle of wine he purchased and did not consume. Apparently, he paid over $135 for the bottle (yes, he did point that out) and did not want to (illegally) walk out if the restaurant with the bottle without it being bagged (why a bag was n...
Perfect for dining solo! The quality food, personal service and intimate atmosphere are why I come here. The food is home made and my favourite thing is to sit at the small bar, order an appetizer and a glass of wine which is more than enough food for me. This place feels like a mini vacation. Excellent value and they could charge much more for the quality but they don’t. Shhhhh don’t tell anyone, it’s already not easy to get a seat here
My husband and I hosted a dinner with our friends in celebration of our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was fantastic. The atmosphere, service, and food were superb from start to finish. The prices were 100% in line with the amount of food and quality of food that we received and in fairness, I was shocked by the bill when we paid. It was far less than I expected. My favourite date night restaurant in Milton.
The service is always first rate. Staff are attentive and focused on giving an excellent customer experience. Have had the daily special pasta dishes that are well prepared and delicious. Great evening dinner experience with friends-the meal was excellent. Started off with home made soup, and had salmon for dinner. As always, the food was delicious, and the ambience at La Toscana was wonderful. Thank you to Pasquale and his staff!
This restaurant always has attentive, well informed servers and great food. The bar is one of my favourites in Milton as you get to enjoy the ambiance of the old Thompson House Hotel with it's exposed stone walls, mood lighting and artsy decor.
I visited La Toscana Restaurant Oyster and Wine Bar on Tuesday 27th. This quaint little restaurant provides a fantastic Italian experience. The service was second to none. All five of us only had rave reviews of the food and desserts
