It took over 90 minutes to be served our entrees. During that time we were not informed by our server about the reason for the delay and/or asked about whether we needed our drinks refreshed. Three of our party ordered a steak. Of the three, only the person ordering their steak well done got the order properly cooked, As a matter of fact, all the steaks no matter if they were requested, rare or medium of well done were cooked to the same degree. After a 90 minute wait no one wanted to send the steak back. I had the perch and chips and was struck by the total lack of flavour. We were surprised by how busy the restaurant was so perhaps this was just a bad night. However none of us will be back...
Absolutely horrendous. Went for my mothers birthday and the night started off horrible from the moment we sat down. First, no ice. Second, no cutlery. Once we got our appetizer with no side plates. We weren’t even finished and it was taken away from us. Once our entrees came out, the steak was well done when asked for medium rare. No sauces, no ketchup on table. Missing lots of food. Will never return. The only positive was the waitress was nice and polite.
I'm not sure if this restaurant has changed ownership or if they were just having an off night, but we ordered two steak sandwiches with fries and a plate of calamari to share. The calamari was quite good, but both steak sandwiches felt like they were made from frozen cardboard, and the fresh-cut fries tasted as if they had been fried in oil that hadn't been changed in a year. It was very disappointing, especially considering we spent $70.
Went for a brunch buffet. Very limited selection, which wasn't a big deal but the food was cold, old and bland. I've had better breakfast for free from a hotel. Eventually more recently made food came out to the buffet, but old dead pancakes were left in and we got one of them, which had the hardness of cardboard. Hash browns were soggy and very sad as well. The staff was fantastic tonight! They managed to open the party room, the main dining area, and the terrace to accommodate the large number of guests who arrived without reservations. Katie communicated the situation well and put us at ease. Despite being short-staffed, they did an incredible job. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
A group of seven enjoyed a lovely buffet over the weekend. The à la carte meals looked amazing, and we would definitely return to try them. The decor features a stylish, warm modern aesthetic, and the staff were very friendly. It's a great spot for groups, with a moderate level of noise that allows for pleasant conversation.
tonight for dinner with friends. it was very busy for a Sunday evening! they had both the main room and the private room open to all guests! ? the server all have an amazing job with the unexpected walk-ins. I will certainly come back because eating was great and the service was very friendly considering how busy it was.
Have never had bad meal here. Doesn't matter if it's take out for lunch, dine in for supper, or the amazing brunch buffet on Sundays. You can not go wrong here. Some people complain that it's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Quality of the food is top notch. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience. The service from Paige was incredibly friendly and prompt! The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. I will definitely recommend others to give it a try!
