I ordered my food, and it arrived in under 15 minutes. I've had "los tres golpes" from other restaurants before, and the mangu would often be cold and hard, with overcooked eggs. However, their mangu was perfect—just as it should be. Delicious! My daughter ordered pollo guisado with rice and beans, and she loved it. The portion size was great for the price. I will definitely order from here again!
I ordered the food came like they took it out the fridge and just put it in a bag! I called to ask what happen and the lady I spoke with had nothing to say customer service is very poor! asked for manager and was told that one was not in! I will never order from here again!!! They need to find workers with customer service experience.
The worst food and rude staff also, the staff is very and unprofessional and unaware about how the food is prepared before delivery I received a cold Chicharrón the staff very unhelpful and no customer service experience whatsoever waste of money and time could’ve went to McDonald’s and got better service!

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, perfect for dining in or for a quick shopping trip. The food is delicious, but if you decide to order the pernil, make sure to check it thoroughly.
This restaurant offers the best food of all the Sona locations, with a wonderfully diverse menu. When it comes to mofongo, no one can compare; they truly are the best!
