After a long night shift, I came home and decided to order the bandeja centroamericana plate. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The portions were minimal—just a small scoop of rice, two thin slices of steak, and what looked like beans but lacked any real shape. The meat tasted old, and not long after eating, I started to feel sick and ended up regurgitating. This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it seems they cut corners and don't discard bad meat. To make matters worse, I was charged $24. What a waste of money!
As a nurse working long, exhausting 16-hour shifts, I finally got home at midnight and ordered shrimp scampi pasta through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the restaurant handed the DoorDash driver the wrong order. When I reached out to them, their excuse was that they were overwhelmed and dealing with lots of drunken customers, which is why the mix-up happened. I spent $30 on the shrimp scampi and didn’t even receive it. This experience was incredibly frustrating. I strongly suggest the staff take some time to improve their basic reading and communication skills.
I ordered food yesterday and it was fantastic! However, I wasn’t happy with the cabbage. I had called ahead to request a substitution of rice for the cabbage and even paid extra for the vegetables. I also provided details about the changes I wanted in my order, but they still got it wrong. It’s frustrating because if they can’t understand my requests, I won’t be able to order from them again. On a brighter note, the chicken, Pollo Con Tajadas, was really delicious!
Bad service, I called and asked what there was for delivery, which the woman answered me and said yes. After I gave her my address, I waited for more than an hour. I called again and asked what the woman told me that there was no delivery. When I called, they told me no. Excuse me, nothing was difficult for them to call and say that there was no delivery, bad service from that lady who answered only that she told me that she was new that

I wasn't particularly impressed with the cabbage at Pollo Con Tajadas, and the sauce had a slightly bitter flavor. However, the chicken was incredible! It was bursting with flavor, tender, and juicy. They also served a generous portion of chicken. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
The staff has a basic command of English, but they are extremely polite and attentive. Although there may be a wait for your food, it's definitely worth it. The portion sizes are reasonable for the price, and the food is absolutely delicious!
I visited this place, the girls were very friendly, but the owner Luigi, oh how can I write the worst thing to do, may God help him to raise this business, because with the attitude of the owner, it doesn't work.
The waitstaff seemed completely unfamiliar with the menu, and if you think you can enjoy a complimentary glass of water, think again! It's $5 for just a glass of water. Ridiculous.

The Mariscada Famosa (Seafood Soup) was truly outstanding! It was packed with seafood, full of flavor, and definitely worth the price.
