We had lunch two or three times when the restaurant opened..and were seduced..the owner praised his concept of homemade and refined cuisine with fresh seasonal products.. We fell hard yesterday.. I had a Caesar salad à la carte directly from Métro..chicken and industrial and tasteless parmesan..ditto for the sauce or the tired salad..nothing cooked..from the assembly of industrial products..not bad..but not good..
