This is one of those locations that many walkers commence their routes from as it presents a number of different ability walks in both terrain and duration. This particular time was a very short stroll from the car to take this well photographed bridge but ideal light for a nice long exposure. Great cafe at the far end that do really reasonable drinks, finger food and ice creams which can get really busy during peak times. Favourite location of mine - The bridge that is.
My boyfriend and I have exhausted a lot of the breakfast spots in the North West 'burbs, as weekend brunching is our favourite pastime. We went here on Monday for brunch. The service is relatively good and very friendly. The coffee is excellent. We weren't wowed by the food but it was good. From our experience it is on par with a lot of other brunch spots in the area.
The Lady Bower lived up to its review! The staff are lovely and attentive. I sat outside however needed to move inside and the staff made me very comfortable. Shout out to the barista this morning as the almond milk lattes were the best I've had (I had 3!). The breakfast was beautiful and so flavourful. Highly recommend and will be returning!
After hearing good things I took a friend here for the first time. The service was friendly and attentive. Some items on the menu represented better value than others and we ordered two delicious sandwiches. The only drawback was sitting in the crowded, smaller front section of the cafe. Driving around the six roads that form the Reservoir shopping 'strip' centred about the station its not easy to find a Sunday lunch until you turn off Broadway onto Marchant St.A great find that's certainly on key with an 'all day' brunch, sandwiches and more.Gluten free was something to sing about.My elderly mother (a small eater
Dropped in for a business lunch and enjoyed both the service and food. Coffee was excellent and the mushroom and caramelised onion sandwich was one of the best lunch offerings I've had for a while. I look forward to returning again when in the area.
